Samuel Joseph provides visionary leadership for Handy Stewards Facility Management, delivering structured, efficient, and results-driven facility management solutions across residential developments. He holds a Bachelor of Theology (BTH) in Systematic Theology and professional training in Comprehensive Facility Management, combining ethical leadership with strong technical and operational expertise across both Hard and Soft FM services. Samuel is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship (in view), further strengthening his expertise in business strategy, innovation, and organizational growth Samuel has led facility management operations across multiple estates, consistently delivering measurable improvements in cost efficiency, operational performance, and service quality. He led the restructuring and optimization of facility management operations at Valley Stream Estate, delivering significant operational and financial improvements.
